Aumnibus Editorial & Letters Policy
The Aumnibus is the student newspaper of Auburn University Montgomery and is produced by students with no censorship by the administration of Auburn University Montgomery or the Auburn University System.
The Aumnibus invites opinions to be expressed in letters to the editor and special contributions to the Aumnibus. All submissions must be typed and signed via electronic mail. These contributions must be submitted by 5 p.m Friday prior to the Thursday publication date of the Aumnibus.
Anonymous letters or anonymous special contributions will not be considered for publication. The editor reserves the right to refuse any letter of special contribution and to edit submissions for content and/or length.
The Aumnibus makes every effort to adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Society of Professional Journalists’ Code of Ethics as adopted by the Society of Professional Journalists in 1996.
